Anyone who intends to start a service that falls under the supervision of the IVO must notify this to IVO no later than one month before the service starts.

As of July 1, 2023, IVO may subpoena anyone who has not fulfilled their reporting obligation. The injunction may be combined with a fine, which means that anyone who does not report their business to IVO risks becoming liable for payment.

The notification is sent via e-mail or letter to IVO.

If an activity is completely or substantially changed or moved, this must be reported to IVO within one month of the implementation.

Use the same form as when registering a new activity.

The notification must contain information about the change that has taken place. It is fine to use the field under "Other information" (Övriga upplysningar) for clarification.
